You can register from this page for membership of Catalyst 4 Change CIC provided you have a significant African-Caribbean mental health / wellbeing service user base.
Premium Member options (Bronze, Silver or Gold) will be open to West Midlands based organisation and individuals only.
Getting Started
Catalyst 4 Change MemberSPACE Portal
You have complete control over your membership with Catalyst. Downgrade or upgrade at any time!
Members have a dedicated and secure account that they can login to and make any changes to their personal or organisation profile in real time.
Donor Support
Donors are not full members (unless registered separately as such), but do have access to certain service & events benefits and they also directly support our funding and work programmes.
Only the FREE membership option is currently available.
The FREE package gives basic membership which includes addition to our e-newsletter, reduced price event entry & stalls etc, and access to limited 1-2-1 signposting. See Professional Directory plans.
OUTLINE OF OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms for any service or product that you purchase from Catalyst 4 Change are set out in the Membership/Affiliate Agreement that is issued to all our members.
Membership of Catalyst 4 Change will be subject to these terms of a service or any product description that is provided on the Catalyst website. On taking up any services provided by Catalyst 4 Change all our affiliate members are issued the terms to which all parties will be bound.
