In May 2024 we launched our new self-service membership platform, MemberSPACE.

We encourage all members that were registered on our previous manual system to re-register on the new members platform. Although we will retain previous records, registering on MemberSPACE comes with the benefits of numerous new interactive features.

Donors are not full members, (unless registered separately as such), but do have access to certain service and events benefits, and they also support our work programmes through their donations.

Catalyst's Background:


The organisation was first conceived in 2015 by founding directors Sandra Griffiths and Tippa Naphtali, and was incorporated as a Community Interest Company in June 2017.


Catalyst supports community organisations, social enterprises, faith groups or businesses that have a significant African and Caribbean mental health / wellbeing service user base.
