THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT & ADMIN TEAM
Summary of the Team
Our team is made up of directors/managers, salaried, sessional, volunteer staff and third party associates. The founding directors first came together in 2015 with a vision to tackle mental health inequalities, and support grassroots activities appropriate for those affected.
The team have decades of combined experience in a range of wellbeing and community initiatives.

Temporary PCREF Lead
Beverley Stephens
Beverley holds lead responsibility for the support and management of our PCREF Project Team and the underlying work. The Patient Carers Race Equality Framework (PCREF) looks at the key competencies that NHS mental health trusts need to develop to address racialised mental health inequalities.

Programmes & Partnership Director
Sandra Griffiths
Sandra holds lead responsibility for the development of Catalyst's strategic partnerships and business opportunities, and is our key representative in the areas of national collaboration and intelligence, research and evaluation, policy development and community training initiatives.

Central Services & Development Director
Tippa Naphtali
Tippa holds lead responsibility for Catalyst 4 Change’s community-based services which include advocacy, skills development, mentoring drop-in services, governance training and others. He also provides oversight and management of Catalyst's governance, internal information and communications.

Interim General Administrator
Tiphany Springer
Tiphany is jointly responsible for central administration and record keeping, maintaining the organisations central agenda diary, plans general appointments and meetings, attends core meetings and takes minutes, handles phone calls, manages correspondence. She provides general secretarial support to our teams.
THE RESEARCH, SERVICES & DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Programmes & Partnership Manager
Alicia Douglas
Alicia holds responsibility for the delivery of Catalyst’s projects relevant to our Programmes & Partnerships initiatives. The Programme initiatives are aligned to the Black Thrive Programme which aims to articulate the changes in systems conditions that will enable the black community to thrive.
Amal Anaam
Amal holds responsibility for the coordination of research as well as supporting the Black Thrive Research Institute and Observatory. The associated research projects will be multiple and varied in scope, with some being delivered over relatively short periods and others lasting for much longer periods.

Projects & Development Manager
Clive Coley
Clive holds responsibility for the delivery of Catalyst’s advocacy, mentoring services, training and development activities. The Development Programme includes support, engagement and networking with incubated and community-based projects related to organisational, services and skills development.
Linda Coke
Linda holds responsibility to encourage collaboration between all of Catalyst’s development, research, engagement and capacity building programmes. This includes the engagement of Catalyst’s members, Black communities, sector-wide organisations and others; to drive development of community-based services.
