The seminar aims to:
- Increase knowledge and understanding of Caribbean communities history and culture in the West Midlands
- Understand how mental health is conceptualised by Caribbean communities
- Increase understanding of culturally sensitive approaches and services to improve mental health and well-being of Caribbean Communities
- Encourage networking opportunities between statutory staff and organisations / communities

We are pleased to announce the return of the popular Mentoring & Advocacy Support Hub (MASH) Meet & Eat sessions starting in July 2026. The first eat-out took place in November 2017.
